50 people turned up to take part in the Comber Clean Up which was held on Saturday 27 April 2013.

Their motto is 'be prepared'. And 1,300 Girl Guides were certainly prepared for hard work when they joined forces to clear litter along an eight-mile stretch of our coast.

Representatives from the RSPB, Fermanagh and Mencap, Fermanagh met together at Cornagrade, Enniskillen to take part in a litter pick for Tidy Northern Ireland’s Big Spring Clean. The campaign is Northern Ireland’s biggest clean up and runs until the end of May 2013.

On Saturday 30th March Cookstown District Council in conjunction with the TRAAD Wildlife & Conservation Club and Tidy NI held their Big Spring Clean at Ballyronan Marina.
